Terms of service
These terms describe the responsibilities of Cubden users and participating packs.

Invitation and account use
Access is by invitation. Use your own email address, protect magic links and active sessions, and notify the pack if access should be revoked. A pack may suspend access when membership or authorization ends.
Pack authority
Each participating pack is responsible for the accuracy of its roster, events, charges, leadership assignments, communications, merchant authority, and required family notices.
Payments
Online payments are processed for the participating pack through its connected payment account. Cubden is not a bank and does not provide tax, legal, or charitable-status advice. A payment record is not automatically a tax-deductible donation receipt.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Cubden, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, send unsolicited messages, interfere with the service, or use information outside legitimate pack operations.
Service changes and availability
The service may change and can be unavailable during maintenance, provider incidents, or network outages. Scheduled messages and background work may run late after downtime.
Questions and disputes
Questions about pack records, charges, events, and refunds should first be directed to the participating pack. Questions about the Cubden service should be sent to the operator address published by the pack.
