Refund policy

The pack receiving a payment decides whether an event fee or dues payment is refundable.

Requesting a refund

Contact the participating pack and identify the payment and reason for the request. Cubden does not approve a refund without authorization from the pack.

Event cancellations and dues adjustments

Event cancellation terms are shown with the event when provided. A pack may apply an account credit, partial refund, full refund, or no refund according to its stated policy and the circumstances. Dues corrections may be recorded as credits rather than deleting the original charge.

Payment fees

Provider and payment-method fees may not be refundable. Any parent-paid fee treatment must follow the disclosed, approved fee policy that applied to the original payment.

Timing and failed refunds

Approved online refunds are submitted to the payment provider and can remain pending before appearing on the original payment method. Failed, disputed, or ambiguous refund outcomes require review and are not silently retried as a new payment.

Cash and checks

The pack records and reverses cash or check payments. Cubden does not move funds for offline payments.
