Information Cubden handles
Cubden stores adult account and contact information, household and scout roster details supplied by authorized adults, event registrations, invoices, payment status, and pack communications. Cubden does not store card or bank account numbers.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the pack service, authorize access, keep accounting and audit history, deliver requested notices, prevent abuse, and support the service.
Service providers and packs
Authorized pack leaders can access information needed for their role. A Cubden platform administrator can access pack records for support only after a regular pack administrator explicitly approves a stated, role-limited, time-limited request; that access is audited and revocable. Stripe processes online payments and Postmark delivers email when those features are enabled. Cubden does not sell personal information.
Children's information
Accounts are for adults. Guardians and authorized pack leaders provide and manage scout information for pack operations. Do not submit information that the pack is not authorized to maintain.
Retention and requests
Roster records follow pack retention decisions. Financial and security records may be retained to preserve required history. Contact the participating pack to correct roster data or request access or deletion; some records cannot be deleted while legal, financial, fraud-prevention, or audit obligations remain.
Security and contact
Cubden uses role-based access, encrypted transport, hosted payment collection, and audit records. No system can guarantee absolute security. Privacy questions should be sent to the Cubden operator address published by the participating pack.
